The “Aphrodite” route in the Community of Ineia has received a significant European recognition, as it was selected among 297 projects and ranked among the 25 best for the European Prize for Public Urban Space.
This recognition highlights the European dimension of the project, as well as its contribution to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage and the strengthening of local identity. It also underlines the importance of public spaces in supporting sustainable development and social well-being.
The project was implemented by the Pafos District Administration within the framework of the Cyprus Recovery and Resilience Plan, and was funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the European Union.
